  • How accurate will the moving estimate be?

    With over 40 years of experience, our sales team takes pride in delivering the most precise moving estimates in the industry. Our unique sales system allows us to collaborate closely with each customer to fully understand their moving requirements and provide an estimate that accurately reflects those needs. Please provide as much information as possible during the estimate, including a thorough review of the inventory for accuracy. Failing to mention additional items or challenging access areas during the estimate often leads to unexpected costs for the customer.

  • How far in advance should I schedule my move?

    We suggest scheduling your move as early as possible. The more in advance you plan, the better your chances of securing a convenient date and time. Ideally, you should contact us at least two weeks before your desired move date. However, we understand that advanced planning isn't always feasible, and we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

  • What do I need to do to prepare my appliances for the move?

    Ensure that your dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer are empty. Additionally, movers are not trained electricians or plumbers, so you will need to hire the appropriate professionals to disconnect your washer, lighting, chandeliers, and refrigerator from any electrical or water connections. Most importantly, movers are not licensed to disconnect gas, which powers many dryers and ovens.

  • Can the movers arrange the furniture to my liking in my new home?

    Certainly! Upon delivering your items to your new home, our movers will collaborate with you to ensure all furniture and boxes are placed in the right rooms. We're more than happy to arrange and rearrange the furniture to your exact preferences.
